Cllr. Benedict F.  Sannoh, councilman and chairman of the Arbitration Committee, is a renowned lawyer and professor at the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia. Cllr. Sannoh served as Attorney General & Minister of Justice of the Republic of Liberia and is the Founder and Managing Director of Sannoh & Partners Law Firm. Cllr. Sannoh is actively involved in many social and humanitarian organizations.
