Atty. Oliver N. Rogers II is the General Manager, G5 Plus Breweries Inc. and the founder and CEO, Tradelink Consultancy Inc. Atty. Rogers has over 20 years of work experience in both the public and private sectors, serving in several managerial capacities including Deputy Commissioner General Administrative Affairs (DCGAA) at the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA). He holds a Master's Degree of International Development Policy and Tax Policy and Tax Administration from the Duke University, and an LLB from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia. Atty. Rogers is a professional administrator, accountant, public finance manager, tax and a legal practitioner.
