Councilman Kevin is a career professional in finance management, telecommunications, and information technology. He has worked both in the public and private sectors and is the current Chief Executive Officer for the Cable Consortium of Liberia; the only telecommunication submarine infrastructure connecting Liberians to the global information highway.

Councilman Kevin is a humanitarian, a Christian and family man. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church, Monrovia; the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Masons, Republic of Liberian; and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporate. These charitable and humanitarian organizations cater to the social, educational, and healthcare needs of children, old folks, orphanages and students from High School to University/College levels
